WHO I AM

I’m a somatic practitioner working through BreAtHeart, rooted in Nervana — a framework that explores how thoughts create movement, and movement creates life.

My work integrates the living pieces of Nervana, including M.I.N.D, S.P.I.N.E, C.O.N.T.R.O.L, and Sacralia. These aren’t separate systems, but expressions of how awareness, structure, sensation, and responsiveness organize within the body.

I’ve spent years studying the nervous system, breathwork, fascia, and somatic movement, while also learning through lived experience. I learned how to listen to my own body first, and through that listening, a deeper understanding of regulation, capacity, and embodied presence began to unfold.

Through BreAtHeart, I guide people back into their bodies — where thought, movement, and life reconnect naturally.

What I teach is simple:

  • Your body already knows what to do.

  • It just needs the right environment, the right breath, and the right kind of attention.

  • I’m not here to “fix” you.

  • I’m here to help you understand your body, unwind the patterns keeping you stuck, and rebuild a sense of safety, strength, and clarity from the inside out.

My approach is calm, direct, and grounded.

We focus on what’s real, what’s practical, and what actually works.

Nervana is the blend of everything I’ve learned — movement, breath, anatomy, regulation, and the deep human need to feel connected.
